Terms of Service and Conditions

A - What is Available for Commissioning

• Fanart - Characters from your favorite shows, games, etc.
• Concepts - Ideas for OCs yet to be drawn, a new kind of magic or machine pertaining to a character, outfit and clothing designs for a character, etc.
• Personification - Have you ever wanted to see a can of Cherry Snapple turn into a waifu?
• OCs - Be sure to include solid references for your original character!
• Blood, graphic content, and slightly horrific subjects* - dullahans, fleshly eldritch abominations, dismembered humanoid monsters(zombies, undead, somehow-living people), blood mages, nothing too violent or inflicting upon humans.
• Other common creatures like cats and dogs*
• Pin-ups and tasteful nudity* -I’ll have a harder/longer time producing these due to personal reasons, no pun intended
• NSFW: Explicit sexual activity and genitalia - sexual intercourse, masturbation, etc. ($10 upcharge for busts, $15 for full body/knee-up and full renders with NSFW or otherwise 18+ content)

* With these options, I do not have much prior experience in drawing these subjects, but I am open to trying, therefore will require more work time.

B - I do not do the following requests:

• Gore and deeply disturbing content - Anything within the context of murder and torture
• Racially and socially insensitive / Hate-promoting content - There will be no tolerance for any forms of hate or discrimination based on age, sex, gender, ethic, or race.
• ”Extreme/violent/dark” fetishes, including scat, watersports, hardcore BDSM
• Inflation, rape, extreme/hyper body proportions, etc,

C - General Terms (Guidelines before discussion)

• Please provide specific and neat references (Not required with some subjects, but it’ll certainly help)
• Write a neat, clear, and detailed description of what you would like to have drawn, including appearance and (optionally) posing.
• Provide a concept and leave the creative process to me if you’re feeling vague (It’s fine~)
• Any negative behaviour will not be tolerated and the commission may be canceled and refunded because of which.
• I have the right to decline any commissions without explanation.

D - Payment

• The commission’s transactions and payments can only be made through Paypal. Prices are adjusted to include the transfer fee.
• The only acceptable currency is USD.
• Pricing will increase if a complex setting background is requested on any commission.
• Once the payment is made, it will be confirmed for production.
• Full render pricing will increase to factors such as complexity and background.
• Additional characters will have a 50% fee on sketches and a 25% fee on full renders.

E - Workflow

The workflow of a sketch commission is as follows:

3. c. Final touches and background

The workflow of a full render commission is as follows:

• a. Sketch
• b. Lineart
• c. Coloring and painting
• d. Additional lighting and background
• f. Final touches

F - Process

• The start of the commission’s production will be dependent on work, health, personal/family issues, and order of the commission in line. This may increase the wait time to 1-2 months.
• A work in progress image will be provided as per personal request.
• Time needed on commissions varies on the tier and complexity of the art, where sketches could take 5-6 hours of worktime(one day), and full renders could take 35 hours of work or more. (1-2 weeks in general). School, work, and personal matters may increase the time needed.
• I will be unable to make any changes after the coloring phase starts.
• Small changes after completion, such as marks and coloring mistakes, can be made.
• Any great changes, such as outfit addition or omitting can only be made during the sketch phase.

G - Copyright

I, the artist, hold every right over the produced artwork, not the commissioner.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

• a. Promote myself within any place or site.
• b. To display it anywhere to my liking.
• c. Post it wherever I want.
• d. Post the commission’s work in progress at any website.
• e. Stream the commission’s work in progress at streaming sites such as Twitch and Picarto.
• f. To make this a private commission, that is, to not release any content pertaining to the commission to the public, will have an additional 25% fee.

The commissioner is allowed to:

• a. Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise.
• b. Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• c. Use and post the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

• a. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
• b. Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
• c. Removing any watermarks/signatures. 
• d. Altering the artwork without me, the artist’s, consent.

Refunding and Cancellation Policy

• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
• The cancellation and refund of your commission at the commissioner’s request may still be made during the sketch phase.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

• a. You will be forbidden to ever commission me, LeapinLlama, ever again.
• b. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for. 
• c. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

I'm part of the great migration of artists from Tumblr and I'm glad to be here on Newgrounds where I can fully share my art.

Initially, I haven't drawn a trace of nsfw and put it up on Tumblr, but I was deemed nsfw by the broken bots nonetheless.

I posted my first hentai there anyways.

Anyways, I'm glad to have a platform where I can post full resolution, uncensored nsfw artwork even if that kind of stuff isn't my main intention as an artist. Even if that isn't the case, Tumblr would've freaked me over with their stupid bots anyways, so here I am.
